Solid Slip-On Casing Centralizers
Solid Centralizers are available in “Straight Blade” or “Spiral” models and are made to run on the casing OD to centralize the casing that will be cemented in the wellbore and will also improve cement bonding onto the casing. They are designed to reduce the amount of friction between the casing and the hole, allowing the casing to be inserted more easily into the wellbore; and help prevent the casing string from becoming differentially stuck.

“Straight Blade” Solid Slip-On Casing Centralizers
“Straight Blade” Solid Slip-On Casing Centralizers are available in both ‘short’ and ‘long’ lengths and are specially designed with extra length to give maximum centralization. These Centralizers are available in one-piece corrosion resistant cast Aluminium, high strength Boron, non sparkling Zinc Alloy or in solid steel.

The straight blades of these centralizers reduce casing drag and plow effect. They are designed for use in highly deviated and horizontal wells and act as bearing during pipe rotations.

These centralizers are available with or without set screws for eliminating of stop collars.

Spiral Solid Slip-On Casing Centralizers
Spiral Solid Slip-On Casing Centralizers, available in short and long lengths, increases induced swirl which in turn increases the displacement efficiency. They are specially designed with extra length to give maximum centralization. These Centralizers are available in onepiece corrosion resistant cast Aluminium, high strength Boron, non sparkling Zinc Alloy or in solid steel. They also function as bearings during pipe rotation and reduce torque requirements.

The spiral blades overlap 360 degree circumference and give reduced flow area between them and also reduces casing drag and plow effect.

** All Centralizers are manufactured to API specification 10D.
** All Centralizers undergo a special process of rust prevention before painting.
