Well Flow to Exhibit at MEOS, Bahrain

Well Flow International, an internationally operating subsidiary of Group 42, Inc., will exhibit at the 19th annual Society of Petroleum Engineers Middle East Oil & Gas Show and Conference (MEOS) in Bahrain on Mar. 9-11, 2015. Organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the event is the largest technical event of its kind in the region and will showcase new technologies, products and best practices in the global energy sector.

In booth #119 of the Exhibition Hall at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre, the Well Flow team will be on hand to discuss the company's complete line of wellbore cleanup tools, associated chemicals, and well intervention and stimulation chemicals. Throughout the course of the Exhibition, Well Flow will highlight two of its newest technological solutions: the Vortex Tool and HDC III/Ferrout chemical compound.

Asif Jamil to retire from Well Flow International

Group 42 announced today that Asif Jamil, General Manager of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Well Flow International, will retire at the end of April 2015. 

"Asif has been an exemplary member of the staff at Well Flow and has made outstanding contributions to the company and its shareholders," said Paul A. Bell, President and CEO of Group 42. “His expertise in financial management and operations in KSA have helped to shape Well Flow's growth and prosperity during his career."

"Asif has helped oversee a period of extensive growth and change at Well Flow," said Michael Keane, Chairman of Group 42's Board of Directors, "and we have benefited very much from his leadership. We wish Asif and his family all the best in the years ahead."

Jamil joined Well Flow, a subsidiary of Group 42, in 2008 as Group Finance Manager and has served in many valuable roles including Chief Financial Officer. He was responsible for installing internal controls at Well Flow, which helped shape the company's strategy during some of its most profitable years.

He was also responsible for training staff in accounting procedures, inventory management, personnel management and Saudi Arabia's labor laws. Jamil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Peshawar in Pakistan.

Well Flow International Names Heith Higginbotham Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Well Flow International, a Group 42 subsidiary, has appointed Heith Higginbotham as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, Higginbotham is responsible for all accounting and finance functions at Well Flow as well as for reporting of financial information, developing the annual budget, coordinating and overseeing the annual independent audit, and establishing development paths for department personnel.

Higginbotham was named Director of Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controller at Group 42 in June 2014, a position in which he still serves. 

Prior to joining Group 42, he served as Senior Accounting Manager at United Allergy Services where he oversaw the accounting department during the company’s growth from startup to the largest allergy testing and immunotherapy business in the U.S. At United Allergy Services, he oversaw all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and system development operations. He also assisted in the development of the annual budget and strategic plan, and he served as the lead for the annual independent audit.

Previously, Higginbotham spent six years with DPT Laboratories, a nationally recognized contract pharmaceuticals manufacturing company, first as a Staff Accountant and later as a project manager. His responsibilities included research and development of new pharmaceutical products as well as budgetary and customer management.

Heith Higginbotham holds a degree in Business with a focus in Finance and Accounting from Texas Lutheran University.
