Well Flow International Announces New Hires

Peter J. Dickerson
West Africa Consultant

Peter J. Dickerson joins Well Flow International and its parent company, Group 42, as the West Africa Consultant. Dickerson is a senior upstream oil and gas professional with over 35 years of commercial, transaction, financial planning and accounting experience in the industry. 

Previously, Dickerson served as Head of Commercial, Planning and Economics for Tullow Oil Plc. At Tullow, Dickerson was involved in business development activities and lead the organization’s acquisition and transaction team. Dickerson also served as Director of Lovegrove and Associates and Director of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). 

Pete Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry and Business Administration from Kingston University.

Tom Sherwin
Vice President and Group Commercial Director

Tom Sherwin joins Well Flow International as Vice President and Group Commercial Director. Sherwin has more than 25 years of experience in business development and strategy, training and development, corporate finance, oilfield services, well services, and pipeline and process services.

Prior to joining Well Flow, Sherwin was Regional Product Line Manager for Weatherford’s MENA Pressure Pumping Services. Sherwin also served as Offshore Chief Operating Officer for the ATS Group, a subsidiary of AGT International and has over 15 years of experience with Halliburton

Tom Sherwin holds a master’s in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from University of Reading in Reading, United Kingdom.
