DIRT MAGNET® is part of Well Flow’s Wellbore Cleanup System and provides a novel solvent/surfactant system designed to suspend solids so they can be transported out of the well. DIRT MAGNET® utilizes the unique and patented concept of employing a solvent and a blend of surfactants, which form a weak emulsion in water and brines. Solids from the drilling mud (clays and barite), debris and scale are made oil wet and are attracted to the emulsion droplet transported with the flow of fluid in the well. This emulsion solids mechanism ensures that contaminates are kept in suspension and transported out of the well.

DIRT MAGNET E® is a primary brine and water cleaner, solids flocculent used to remove solids and oils from completion brines. It is also a primary tank cleaner and oil based mud/dope remover which cleans, separates and water wets simultaneously. Is used neat and pumped while under agitation.
